Let’s get one thing straight, I don’t believe in gatekeeping.

First

I believe in honesty. You can’t build trust if you aren’t honest with yourself or with others. You have to know when to take accountability and know when to say you are sorry. When to lead, and when to follow.

Second

You have to be kind, and willing to share. Life is already too complicated. Let’s not make it harder for one another. I believe everyone should share knowledge and insights when they have access to information that might be valuable to others.

These are my non-negotiables.

Here’s my first take on getting as much of the knowledge I have out to as many people as possible.
